Welcome

The Building Clinic Capacity for Quality (BCCQ) Program, a project of Community Partners®, aims to improve the quality of healthcare provided to Southern Californians by enhancing the capacity of community clinics to implement quality improvement strategies that are supported by health information technologies.

Sponsored by Blue Shield of California Foundation, Kaiser Permanente, L.A. Care Health Plan, and UniHealth Foundation, BCCQ is designed to support Southern California clinics in planning for, executing, or augmenting quality improvement initiatives through quality-focused adoption of systems such as electronic health records and chronic disease management software.
